The house is approximately 120 sq m and will comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom/study, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a 40 sq m garden with terrace. For those with a penchance for history or dark, humid places which are perfect to store wine, there is a 'cantina' (cellar) running from the garden under the house. Just after the entrance are a number of Etruscan blocks from the original city wall. From there the steps just keep on going down to about 15 metres below street level where you will find two cave-like rooms excavated by hand out of the tufo rock. For those who dare to venture, we are open to ideas about what to do with these extra 'rooms'!
